The Living Facilities

What is the house layout?

Brackendale has a cozy feel with 19th centry stone-built fireplaces and rustic wooden beams. This 3 story house has 4 spacious bedrooms, with 2 en-suits (on 1st floor and 2nd floor) and a shared bathroom (on 1st floor). We have a two-story garden annex with all-day summer sunlight and perfect for a BBQ and chill in the night time.

Bedrooms

This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 11. On the 2nd floor in the first bedroom, you will find a king sized bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. On the 1st floor the third bedroom contains a double bed. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed along with a single floor trundle. There is also a sofa double bed in the living room on the ground floor.

Kitchen facilities

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

Bathrooms

There are 3 bathrooms. The first bathroom, on the 1st floor, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The next bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath. The third bathroom (on 2nd floor) has a toilet, sink and bath. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Games room and Spa

Included is out luxury top of the range hot tub, 8 person sauna, ping pong and pool table with outdoor seating, big buck arcade machine 1000 games & dart board. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television, sky sports, bt sports.
