Brackendale is located a 10 minute walk away from Bala Lake and a 2 minute walk away from all amenities.
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside. There is a designated smoking area outside.
- There is on street parking outside and a council carpark 2 min walk away.
- Well behaved pets are welcome to the downstairs and outside of the property at no extra charge.
Please be aware that large groups may want to pre book if planning on eating in one of the pubs/restaurants in Bala, as they can become fully booked in the busy months.

We have taxi cabs in Bala and company phone numbers will be provided during your stay. Brackendale house is located in the centre of Bala so is very close and in walking distance from all essential shops.
